About the Job

A professional, hardworking, and customer-focused Waitress with good communication and hospitality skills. Experienced in serving customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a busy bar environment. The position offers accommodation and food, making it suitable for a reliable candidate ready to work on a live-in basis in Remera.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and serve customers professionally.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve drinks and meals promptly.
Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.
Respond to customer requests professionally.
Handle customer complaints politely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with bar and kitchen staff.
Ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow workplace rules and procedures.

Requirements

Previous waitress or hospitality experience is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must be hardworking
responsible
and trustworthy.
Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
Must be willing to work live-in.
