We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and highly organized Female IT Officer to join our team.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues.
- Install
- configure
- and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain the company's IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts
- email systems
- and access permissions.
- Ensure data security
backup
and recovery procedures are followed.Troubleshoot hardwaresoftwareprinterand network problems.Support the use of EBM systems and other business applications.Maintain IT inventory and prepare technical reports.Assist in system upgrades and software installations.Train staff on the proper use of IT systems when required.Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity standards.Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:
- Information Technology (IT)
- Business Information Technology (BIT)
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Information Systems or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is an added advantage.
- Strong computer literacy and ICT skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel
- Word
- Outlook).
- Experience using EBM systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
