About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Nyama Choma Chef (Mucoma) with good skills in grilling and preparing different types of meat. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, clean, reliable, and able to prepare tasty, well-cooked Nyama Choma while maintaining proper food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and grill Nyama Choma.
Prepare and season different types of meat.
Control grilling temperature and cooking time.
Ensure good taste
quality
and presentation.
Keep the grilling area and equipment clean.
Handle and store meat properly.
Maintain food hygiene and safety standards.

Work efficiently during busy hours.

Minimize food waste

Requirements

Previous experience as a Nyama Choma Chef / Mucoma required.
Good knowledge of grilling meat.
Must be hardworking
disciplined
and responsible.
Good personal hygiene.
Must be ready to work in Kimironko.
Available to start immediately.
