We are looking for a qualified and experienced Beautician who can provide professional beauty and personal-care services to clients and help develop our hair, nail, skincare and beauty services. The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, customer-focused and able to recommend suitable treatments based on each client's needs.
- Official Beautician/Beauty Therapy course certificate
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience working in a beauty salon or spa
- Existing client base is an advantage; the candidate should be able to bring and maintain their own clients
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to help establish and grow new beauty services
- Must live near Kibagabaga, Kimironko or Remera
- Must be reliable, punctual and professional

- Client consultation and beauty recommendations
- Maintaining professional hygiene and sanitation standards
The Beautician will be responsible for:
1. Providing professional beauty treatments according to client needs.
2. Consulting clients before treatments and recommending suitable services.
3. Performing makeup, facial, skincare, waxing, eyebrow and nail services professionally.
4. Providing hair cutting and styling services.
5. Maintaining a clean, hygienic and organized working area.
6. Properly handling and maintaining beauty equipment and materials.
7. Ensuring clients receive professional and respectful service.
8. Building strong relationships with clients and encouraging repeat visits.
9. Maintaining and growing an existing client base.
10. Promoting beauty services and helping attract new clients.
11. Helping the spa establish hair, nail, manicure and pedicure services.
12. Working with the existing spa team to improve the overall client experience.
13. Following appropriate hygiene, safety and sanitation procedures.
14. Keeping up with current beauty trends and popular treatments.
15. Advising clients honestly and professionally based on their beauty needs.
The spa already has a setup for:
- Massage
- Facial treatments
- Waxing
with materials already available.
The Beautician will also contribute to setting up and developing:
- Hair services
- Nail services
- Manicure
- Pedicure
Salary: 100,000 RWF per month
Commission: Additional commission on beauty treatments performed.
